As a financial institution, the concept behind Finance Incorporated is to bring together various services from separate disciplines to create a financial gateway, where the clients could reach many services with one click.

The Role


We are looking for a Project Manager that will represent the backbone of any project’s success. The selected candidate must have the required core competencies to manage, not just the project itself, but also the senior management team and stakeholders. We are looking for an individual that has the skills needed to inspire others to follow them as they lead competently, effectively, and efficiently.


The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, and completing projects while ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy and goals;
  • Leading and planning the implementation of projects through the allocation, coordination and management of internal resources;
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget;
  • Map business processes and generate requirement documents;
  • Ensuring documentation, and communication with the respective teams;
  • Coordinate the application of regulatory requirements throughout the project implementation. 


About You


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience working in a similar position;
  • Experience and knowledge in the financial sector is key;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements that impact Financial Institutions;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Banking and Finance, Business Management, or in a similar field.
  • Experience working in an advisory entity would be considered as an asset.



  • Strong project management and organisational skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Able to negotiate and resolve conflicts whilst working through challenging timelines;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and any additional languages would be considered as an asset;
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
  • Self-starter and proactive with minimal need for guidance;
  • Computer literate with very good MS office skills.
