The Role


The Sales Representative Officer will be part of a team to identify new clients and service a number of Finance Incorporated merchant accounts. The Sales Representative Officer, has a key role in the growth of the business by improving merchant interactions with the business. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player with a can-do attitude. This role will serve as a great opportunity to develop a career in Sales Management and Relationship Management.


Joining our Sales Department, you will be part of a dynamic team where your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Researching prospects and generating leads;
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients’ needs;
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns;
  • Up selling our products and services to existing clients;
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
  • Other duties as may be requested by the Management of the Company and Corporate Department.


About You


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B field sales;
  • Experience working within the Banking and Financial sector (payments, digital banking and fintech) would be considered as an asset;
  • In a possession of an MQF Level 4 or higher in relevant field;
  • Driving License – B Category.



  • Understanding of financial products / services;
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills;
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills;
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and be self-motivated; 
  • Be able to work on his/her own initiative and have good time-management skills;
  • Be a good team player and understands the necessity of keeping a dynamic working environment;
  • Be able to multi-task without losing focus;
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Native Maltese speaking would be considered as an asset.
